YARA is a 12-week accelerator pipeline program for youth and young-adults, 16-24 years old, to enter traditional and emerging workforce areas. YARA will position our graduates to transition directly into the job market with the necessary skills sets and qualifications for apprenticeship. YARA will prepare our graduates to enter formal apprenticeship program.
